Shenyuan attends Fruit Logistica in Hong Kong
2025-09-12Shenyuan Grape continued its global outreach by accepting an invitation to the 18th Asian International Fruit Logistica Exhibition in Hong Kong from September 3 to September 5.
This was Shenyuan Grape’s fourth appearance at Fruit Logistica, which is Asia’s most influential fresh fruit and vegetable exhibition. The event brings together 750 exhibitors from 40-plus countries to share cutting-edge developments and market information.

Shenyuan Grape presented over 20 new grape varieties, representing breakthroughs in terms of color, appearance, flavor, storage and transportation resistance, and market adaptability. This highlighted Shenyuan Grape’s strength in innovation and international competitiveness. It also attracted the attention of breeding institutions, grape farms and buyers from over ten countries, including Chile, Japan, Indonesia, Spain and the United States.

Highlights included new cooperation on germplasm innovation between Shenyuan Grape and Spain’s leading seedless grape breeding institution, ITUM.
Shenyuan Grape also reached agreement on overseas cooperation with Yuanxing to help boost the introduction of independent varieties into the international market and raise confidence in “Chinese grapes going global.”
Furthermore, many visitors from throughout the grape industry chain visited Shenyuan to taste and evaluate the varieties and discuss cooperation.

As one of the earliest projects in China devoted to independent grape breeding, Shenyuan Grape has focused on innovation-driven development for the past 26 years. That includes cutting-edge research in areas like embryo rescue, molecular marker breeding and early identification of fruit trait molecules.
Shenyuan Grape has also striven to build an integrated technology platform that covers resource collection, gene screening, breeding experiments and data analysis. The result is continuous breakthroughs for Shenyuan’s proprietary grapes and, in turn, the creation and promotion of new varieties that can appeal to international markets.
